Seeking new opportunities, Marco moved to California, eventually settling in Huntington Beach. Embracing his new life, he became an American citizen, while still holding onto the flavors and memories of Argentina.
Driven by a passion for sharing his heritage, Marco founded Pampas, an Argentine cuisine business. Through Pampas, he brings the authentic taste of Argentina to California, blending the traditional with the contemporary in a way that honors his roots while embracing his new home. Marco's journey from Buenos Aires to Huntington Beach is a testament to his dedication to his culture and his entrepreneurial spirit, making Pampas a beloved part of the local community.
Tadeo
Tadeo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later moved to Huntington Beach, California. He is one of the owners of Pampas Argentine Cuisine, a concept specializing in authentic empanadas and traditional Argentine dishes. The menu features family recipes, aiming to share the genuine flavors of Argentina with the community.
